‘My Day One’ Val's Day Challenge - TERMS & CONDITIONS


1.1    ‘My Day One’ Val’s Day Challenge is an initiative to celebrate Valentines Day with Zenith Bank Ghana’s customers and followers on the Bank’s social media platforms.  

1.2    The challenge duration is Thursday February 8, 2024, to Monday February 12, 2024.

1.3    Customers and followers must submit a captivating story highlighting their unique experience with their Day One and the impact the Day One has had on them.

1.4    Submissions must be beneath the Day One Challenge post which the Bank will post on its social media pages.

1.5    Stories should not be more than one hundred (100) words.

1.6    The Challenge will run on the Bank’s Instagram, X and Facebook platforms.

1.7    Winners will be announced after the campaign period.

1.8    Winners will be informed of their winnings via direct messages and telephone calls.

1.9    Winners will pick up their prizes at Zenith Bank’s Head Office at No. 37 Independence  
         Avenue, Ridge – Accra.

1.10    Winners must consent to photographs of them and their Day One being taken for publicity purposes by the Bank.

1.11    Winners must consent to pictures and short video recordings being taken during their Valentine date with their Day One.


2.1    All customers of the Bank
2.2    Followers of the Bank’s social media platforms
2.3    General Public
2.4    Staff of Zenith Bank cannot participate in this challenge.


3.1    All winners will be rewarded with a dinner Voucher worth GHS1,500.00 for a Valentine date for 2 at the Kempinski Gold Coast Hotel with their Day One.


4.1    The top three (3) captivating stories with the most engagements (likes, comments and shares) will be selected as winners for the challenge. 1 winner will be chosen from each of the Bank’s stated social media platforms.

4.2    Winners will be announced on the Bank’s social media platforms (X, Facebook, Instagram)

4.3    Winners outside Accra and Tema will receive their dinner treat in their respective regions.
4.4    The Corporate Affairs unit of the Bank will send DMs to the winners and make three (3) consecutive voice calls to the mobile numbers of the three (3) winners to inform winners of their winnings.

4.5    If winners are not reachable via direct message on social media and after 3 consecutive calls, the reward will automatically be passed on to the next person whose story garnered the highest likes and engagements.

5.1    All the 3 winners will get a dinner for two package worth GHS1,500.00

5.2    All winners are required to use their packages on Saturday, 17 2024 or Sunday, 18th February 2024.

5.3    The Bank will tag winners in all post-production pictures and winners must agree to share the videos and pictures on their social media pages and tag the Bank.

5.4    If winners forfeit their reward, the rewards shall be deemed unclaimed and shall be at the disposal of the Bank.
