To apply for a Zenith Visa Fleet Solution, visit any Zenith Bank Branch nationwide or contact your Relationship Manager. You will need to provide information about your business, fleet size, and vehicle types. Once approved, you will receive a card for each authorised driver or vehicle.

The Card can only be used at locations that offer vehicle related services; fuel stations, automobile mechanic shops, spare parts shops, Driver and Vehicle Licensing Authority (DVLA) offices, car wash bays, authorised fuel stations and service providers that accept the card.

You can manage your cards through the Fleet Management Solution provided by Zenith Bank. The portal allows you to track expenses, adjust spending limits, generate reports and manage cardholder information across your entire fleet.

  1. What happens if a Card is lost or stolen?

If a card is lost or stolen, contact Zenith Direct immediately on 0302 680 884 / 0542 000 111 to report the issue. The Bank will deactivate the lost card and issue a replacement card.

  1. Can I use the Zenith Visa Fleet Solution Card for tolls and vehicle maintenance?

Yes, the sole purpose of the fleet card is to facilitate all vehicle related payments which include tolls and maintenance.

  1. How secure is the card that comes with The Zenith Visa Fleet Solution?

The Card comes with advanced security features, such as PIN, transaction monitoring, fraud detection and customizable spending limits to ensure safe usage.

  1. Does the card have an expiry date?
    Yes. The card is valid for three (3) years.
  1. Do I need to be a Zenith Bank customer to get the card, or can non-customers also apply?

Businesses that are account holders or non-account holders can acquire the card. Customers may apply through their Relationship Managers or at any Zenith Bank branch, while non-customers can apply directly at any Zenith Bank branch.
