What packages are available to the Z-Woman?
- 2 packages: Z-Woman and Z-Woman Plus.
What is the difference between Z- Woman and Z-Woman Plus?
- The Z-Woman plus is tailored for Platinum customers while the Z-Woman is tailored for Non-Platinum customers.
Who qualifies to be a Z-Woman?
- Any female with an SME, Individual Current or Savings Account.
How do you register to be a Z-Woman?
- Complete a Z-Woman registration form online or at any Zenith Bank location.
Are there monthly fees for being a Z-Woman or Z-Woman Plus account holder?
- Currently, there are no fees for becoming a Z-Woman accountholder. Platinum fees however apply for a Z-Woman Plus account holder.
Will a Z-Woman applicant, who is already a Zenith account holder, have to open a new account with the bank?
- Existing customers do not need to open accounts, non-customers will however have to open an account with the Bank to qualify.

Ans: The Women’s Desk is available in selected branches and agencies of the bank.

Ans: The Women’s Desks in the banking halls are branded with danglers and pull-up banners for easy identification by customers.

Ans: Tailored financial services would be offered to customers who visit the Women’s Desks to seek information on the product offering available to women and WMSMEs.
