CUSTOMER USER GUIDE - INDIVIDUALS

PART 1

  1. Download the Zmobile App from Appstore/ Playstore
  2. Click Register
  3. Enter Account Number
  4. Select registration mode:
  • Hard Token
  • OTP
  • Internet Banking
  1. For Option B (OTP)
  • Enter your Phone number
  • Enter your Date of Birth
  • Customer clicks Continue

 (An OTP will be sent to the same phone number after verification of details provided)

  1. Complete the required fields
  • Account Password (Password is required to be Six Digits)
  • Confirm Password
  • Set Transaction PIN (PIN is required to be Four Digits)
  • Confirm transaction PIN

(Kindly ensure password details are not repeated or in sequence eg. 00000 /123456)

  1. Enters OTP sent VIA email /SMS.
  2. Customer gets an alert of a successful registration.

 

PART 2

To sign into the mobile app after registration:

  1. Click on Sign In
  2. Enter Account Number
  3. Enter Password
  4. Select OTP
  5. Select Register Device
  6. Provide the following details:
  • Enter Account Number
  • Enter Phone Number
  • Enter Date of Birth

(An OTP will be sent VIA email/ SMS)

  1. Enter OTP provided

(A successful registration alert will be displayed)

  1. Enter the following details:
  • Enter Account Number
  • Enter Password
  • Click Log In

  3. Enter Account Number
  4. Select registration mode:

  • Enter your Phone number
  • Enter your Date of Incorporation
  • Customer clicks Continue

  1. How do I unlock my device?

Provide a screenshot of the unlock code and send via mail(info@zenithbank.com.gh or cardservices@zenithbank.com.gh) or via the bank’s live chat on our website. Alternatively, you can call the 24 hour Zenith Direct team on +233 542 000 111 or +233 302 680 884 and provide the unlock code for assistance.

Log onto the app, click on transfer button, select transfer mode and follow the procedure.

Yes, Currently the bank offer investment packages via the app i.e. (Fixed deposit)

  • A minimum of GHS 1 and maximum GHS 10 for interbank transfers.
  • 1% of the transactional value (maximum GHS 15 for bank to wallet transfers).

  • Launch the app, enter your account number and click select “forgot password”
  • Select the authentication method (Hard Token, OTP, Internet Banking)

  • Select “continue”
  • Enter New Password (Password is required to be Six Digits)
  • Confirm Password
