PART 1
- Download the Zmobile App from Appstore/ Playstore
- Click Register
- Enter Account Number
- Select registration mode:
- Hard Token
- OTP
- Internet Banking
- For Option B (OTP)
- Enter your Phone number
- Enter your Date of Birth
- Customer clicks Continue
(An OTP will be sent to the same phone number after verification of details provided)
- Complete the required fields
- Account Password (Password is required to be Six Digits)
- Confirm Password
- Set Transaction PIN (PIN is required to be Four Digits)
- Confirm transaction PIN
(Kindly ensure password details are not repeated or in sequence eg. 00000 /123456)
- Enters OTP sent VIA email /SMS.
- Customer gets an alert of a successful registration.
PART 2
To sign into the mobile app after registration:
- Click on Sign In
- Enter Account Number
- Enter Password
- Select OTP
- Select Register Device
- Provide the following details:
- Enter Account Number
- Enter Phone Number
- Enter Date of Birth
(An OTP will be sent VIA email/ SMS)
- Enter OTP provided
(A successful registration alert will be displayed)
- Enter the following details:
- Enter Account Number
- Enter Password
- Click Log In
